Aaron Aberson serves as Of Counsel to Dame Law, P.C., bringing more than three decades of experience across civil litigation, corporate law, and transactional matters. His practice is grounded in a broad litigation and advisory background, with particular experience in labor and employment matters, premises liability, contractual and business disputes, partnership disputes, and commercial litigation.

Aaron Aberson serves as Of Counsel to Dame Law, P.C., bringing more than three decades of experience across civil litigation, corporate law, and transactional matters. His practice is grounded in a broad litigation and advisory background, with particular experience in labor and employment matters, premises liability, contractual and business disputes, partnership disputes, and commercial litigation.

Throughout his career, Aaron has represented and advised major insurance carriers, retail companies, financial institutions, and public agencies. He has litigated extensively in state and federal courts and has handled matters through all stages of trial and appellate practice. In addition to his litigation experience, Aaron brings valuable business and compliance insight from his role as former Chief Compliance Officer of a financial services firm he co-founded, where he developed significant experience in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, transactional issues, and start-up operations.
