An avid learner, Rachelle holds Executive Leadership Certifications from Cornell and Yale Universities and earned her degree in English from Reinhardt University. Her professional journey includes leadership roles at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, IHG – Holiday Inn, Signature Flight, and Cricut. In addition to her work, she serves as Vice Chair of NextUp Atlanta, a mission close to her heart: advancing women in business.
Leveraging her vast experience, Rachelle founded Wired To Serve, a business consulting agency focused on brand strategy, leadership clarity, and business growth. She also serves as the Executive Strategist for Dame Law, P.C., working with C-Suite clients to help them realize their business goals and dreams. As an executive coach, she helps leaders define their purpose, clarify their message, and move forward with confidence and impact.
