As Lead Paralegal, Caitlin supports case management, trial preparation, firm accounting, and client advisement. With 15 years of paralegal experience, Caitlin has supported a broad range of litigation matters. She is recognized for her reliability, efficiency, and practical insight, and she serves as a trusted resource for attorneys, staff, and clients throughout the life of a case.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provides client support and functional leadership as Lead Paralegal, assisting attorneys and staff with day-to-day case needs and matter coordination.
  • Manages file organization and legal administrative support, including organizing case files, evidence, and exhibits; preparing initial drafts of pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs; drafting professional correspondence; reviewing public records, photographs, and electronic data; gathering and organizing evidence; monitoring court calendars and filing deadlines; serving as a client point of contact; and coordinating meetings, depositions, mediations, and expert witness consultations.
