James Kendall is an accomplished associate attorney at Dame Law, where his practice is concentrated in business litigation and probate disputes. Prior to joining Dame Law, James served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable William E. Glover and the Honorable Ricardo Rigual of the Circuit Court of Spotsylvania County, Virginia. In that role, he researched and drafted judicial opinions addressing a wide range of civil and criminal issues. He also gained valuable litigation and judicial experience as a legal intern with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia and as a judicial intern to the Honorable John A. Gibney, Jr., of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. These experiences afforded James meaningful insight into how courts evaluate legal arguments, assess evidentiary records, and resolve complex factual and procedural issues. He draws on that perspective to help clients understand their legal options, anticipate potential challenges, and pursue efficient, well-supported resolutions.
