James Kendall is an Associate Attorney with Dame Law. His practice focuses on business litigation and probate law, where he assists with legal research, analysis, and drafting.
Before joining the firm, James served as judicial law clerk for the Hon. William E. Glover and the Hon. Ricardo Rigual of the Spotsylvania Circuit Court, and as judicial intern for the Hon. John A. Gibney, Jr., U.S. District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia. As a law clerk, James developed strong skills in legal writing and analysis, as well as the ability to manage a busy docket with efficiency and attention to detail.
James earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2022 and his B.S. in Business Consulting and Data Analytics from Virginia Tech in 2018. He is admitted to the State Bars of Virginia and Georgia. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, James now resides in Georgia with his wife and their pets. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, cooking, and reading.
