Hayes Dever, is a Partner with the firm. He handles a wide variety of business litigation issues including breach of contract matters, labor and employment issues, civil fraud, and real estate disputes. A graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, Hayes Dever is a thorough and thoughtful civil litigator who has successfully tried cases involving business and contract disputes. As well as being a lifelong Georgian, Hayes Dever is an avid outdoorsman who can often be found fishing on Atlanta’s own Chattahoochee River.
