Nicholas is a Partner at Dame Law P.C. with a significant track record of diverse experience in litigation, business management, and operations and financial management. He is passionate about solving problems and is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. He helps individuals and business owners navigate a variety of disputes by gathering facts, identifying issues and claims, and developing and executing strategies for cost effective resolutions through negotiation or litigation. His skills in strategy, analysis, and communication help him in both litigation and his mediation practice.

Nicholas’s passion for problem solving led him to major in mathematics as an undergraduate at the University of Georgia, where he earned his BS, and later led him to law school at Georgia State University, where he received his JD, cum laude. In law school, Nicholas was a member of the Georgia State University Law Review and also served as an Associate Student Writing Editor. In between college and law school, Nicholas worked as a junior executive for a west-coast department store, a division of a Fortune 100 retailer, and then worked for a small residential construction company in Atlanta. Shortly after law school, Nicholas served as Staff Attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Outside of work, Nicholas is passionate about local food resources and the environment. He is a member of his local garden club, which is part of The Garden Club of Georgia. He also is active in his community and serves on the board of the Pangborn Valley Civic Association. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors, spending time with his pets (all rescues), and he is helping with the keeping of a beehive.
